FAQ

Before Conference:

Do I need to stay at the hotel in which the conference is being held?

While not a requirement please know that the organization guarantees a certain number of rooms and must pay a penalty if we are under. It is important to not only book at the hotel but use the group code during booking for us to get the credit. You should also book early and not wait. Just as stated above we have to guarantee a certain number of rooms so there is a possibility that we may run out of rooms at the special rate and/or use an overflow hotel. This could occur prior to any posted cut-off dates.

What is the schedule for the conference and where can I get it?

The class schedule will be in the WHOVA APP and posted under the conference training/activity section or you can follow this link Conference Schedule. If you do not wish to use the APP you can print the schedule from our website at the above link. It still subject to change and this was last updated on 4/25/19.

What do I do if I registered for the conference but lost my registration email with bar code?

Please email registration@seiaati.org with your name, agency, and email and we will have it resent. We can also verify with an ID at registration.

I want to pay my registation by check, Where do I send it?

Please mail any checks to: SEIAATI C/O Chris McDonold 2710 Faithful Drive, Westminster, MD. 21158
